HOW TO BOOK
- Browse our selection of tours and select the one that interests you.
- After selecting your desired tour, click the ‘Booking’ button. Then, fill out the required information on the booking page.
- Please wait for a confirmation regarding your booking. Our staff will typically contact you within 24 hours, or sooner if possible.

Once all the details are confirmed, we will send you a payment link via email or chat application only.
PAYMENT
- All private and Shore Excursion tour bookings will be confirmed only upon payment of a minimum 30% deposit.
- For any join tours, full payment is required to confirm the booking.
- All booking confirmations will be provided via email or chat application only.
- The payment process is as follows: Once the tour details are confirmed, we will send an invoice and payment link to the customer. After receiving the payment, a confirmation document will be sent within 24 hours.
CANCELLATION
Private and Shore Excursion tours
- If the customer cancels within 7 days before the tour, the deposit will not be refunded.
- If the customer cancels 8-14 days before the tour, they will be charged 20% of the total tour price.
- If the customer cancels 15 days before the tour, they will receive a full refund of their deposit.
Join Tours
- If the customer cancels within 2 days before the tour, the payment will not be refunded.
Other conditions
- If the tour is canceled by us, a full refund will be provided.
- If the customer has a valid reason such as illness or uncontrollable circumstances, please contact us
