If the customer cancels within 7 days before the tour, the deposit will not be refunded.

Browse our selection of tours and select the one that interests you.
After selecting your desired tour, click the ‘Booking’ button. Then, fill out the required information on the booking page.
Please wait for a confirmation regarding your booking. Our staff will typically contact you within 24 hours, or sooner if possible.
Once all the details are confirmed, we will send you a payment link via email or chat application only.

All private and Shore Excursion tour bookings will be confirmed only upon payment of a minimum 30% deposit.
For any join tours, full payment is required to confirm the booking.

The payment process is as follows: Once the tour details are confirmed, we will send an invoice and payment link to the customer. After receiving the payment, a confirmation document will be sent within 24 hours.
